The "Sette Stelle - Rosso di Cadro" is a 100% Merlot made by Stefano Cattaneo and Matteo Rainieri from the grapes of two vineyards located at 477 m and 550 m above sea level, respectively in Cadro and Sonvico, at the foot of the majestic rocky complex, as well as a reserve forestry, known by the name of "I Denti della Vecchia", in the Lugano area.
The "Hokuto No Wine" project, literally "The Wine of Hokuto",

The "Sette Stelle - Rosso di Cadro" is suitable for pairings with cold cuts, bruschetta with mushrooms or livers, succulent meat-based dishes, Ticino chinoise.
It should be served at a temperature of 16-18 degrees centigrade.
